Marketing & Promotion:
Teachers will communicate about the event the opportunity to join Book Club to their students’ families via ClassDoJo. Flyers will be posted to all upper grade common areas, bathrooms, classrooms, in the cafeteria, and main office. Flyers will also be posted on school social media and communications platforms.
Support & Staffing:
This event will require PTA volunteers to assist the librarian in preparation, set-up, supervision and assistance with snacks, craft & activity stations, and clean-up.

The librarian and Parks & Rec team members will discuss services for families that are available from the local parks department. There will be 10-15 minutes of Q&A time. The meeting will be hosted on Zoom.
