Back to School Night is a school-wide event to welcome students and families back to campus. Families will hear a message from the principal, visit with their teachers and see their new classrooms, and have an opportunity to visit the Book Fair.
A Back to School Photo area will be set up. The school's mascot will be taking pictures with students. There will be giveaways throughout the event, including books and school-branded swag (t-shirts, sweatshirts, pencils, hairbows, water bottles, etc.). Every book purchased will earn a raffle ticket for PTA donated raffle items.
Marketing & Promotion:
Flyers will be mailed to families at the beginning of August. Information and flyers will be posted to all school social media accounts and communication platforms.
Staffing & Support:
PTA volunteers will run cash registers and help with re-stocking throughout the evening.
Total Expenses: $500
